Is the website secure to input my credit card information?
All customers are protected when ordering online. We use the latest in SSL for transferring any encrypted information. This ensures that your information stays safe.
Can I make changes to the order placed earlier?
You can make changes to the order already confirmed only if the order’s production hasn’t started. Once the production has started, unfortunately, we are not able to do any changes. You can call our sales department at 1-800-991-6116 and they will try to make changes as you desire before the production is started.
How can I track my order?
As soon as the order is shipped from the factory, you will get an email of the tracking number of your order. Or you can call us directly at 1-800-991-6116/sales@wristbandsale.com to know the order status.
How do I submit artwork or Logos?
While you are placing your order, in the section where you enter the message you can see an option “UPLOAD ARTWORK”. Click on the Browse button and attach the file you wanted to put on the band.
Can I see a proof before I order?
You need to e-mail your artwork to sales@wristbandsale.com. We will make a proof for you on special request.
What format should I use to submit artwork?
When using the online design studio, a JPG, GIF, or PNG file will work. We recommend high-resolution artwork for best print results. When uploading artwork without the design studio you can upload JPG, GIF, PNG but we highly recommend any vector file format like .ai or .cdr files. Photoshop PSD files are also acceptable.
Can I use copyrighted material?
We do not take responsibility for obtaining permission to reproduce logos, trademarks, and copyrights. By agreeing to print any artwork submitted, we will not be held liable for any copyright on infringement issues under any circumstance.
How do I place a re-order?
If you are looking to place a re-order, please login to the website using your username and password. Once logged into your customer portal you will navigate to the order history tab. Once on this page, you can search through your previous orders and you will see a small icon that says place re-order.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order any time before it is sent to production. Once the order is sent to production, unfortunately, we cannot cancel any order. But a minimum charge will be applied to the canceled order during the pre-production stage.
