These "Terms & Conditions" constitute an electronic record within the meaning of the applicable law. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
The Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Wristbandsale. Wristbandsale reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions regularly for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
As long as you agree with these Terms & Conditions, Wristbandsale grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the website. No modification of the Terms & Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Wristbandsale.
These terms will govern any orders placed with Wristbandsale; therefore we request you to read these terms prior to placing your order. By submitting an order to Wristbandsale, you (referred as the customer) are hereby agreeing to all the terms and conditions as set forth below. This agreement is in lieu of a written consent, and will be binding by the both the customer and/or their representative(s).
Wristbandsale striving to bring our customers the lowest possible prices. We guarantee 100% that our prices are the lowest in the industry. If in any case, a customer finds one of our exact products offered at a lower price by a competitor, we will not only match their price, but beat it by 10%.
All orders are prepaid. We do not ship orders Cash on Delivery. We do not offer credit terms/Net 30 credits. We accept all types of credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Wristbandsale will not send the orders to production prior to payment. We will not accept any other forms of payment other than listed above. All orders will be sent to production the following business day of the payment transaction.
We are not responsible for delays in order processing due to declined credit cards. Declined payment orders will remain in pending status until the issue is fixed. We will attempt to contact our customers via email and phone calls but if we do not receive any reply from the customer, the order will stay in pending. We are not responsible for any delay in order processing due to decline in payments of any kind.
When you place any order online, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the email confirmation please contact us via email or phone call. The customers can request an email of the order at any time. We will not be held responsible for failure of any email communication to you either due to incorrect email addresses or spam filters that prohibit our emails from reaching you. Check your spam folders to ensure that these important emails are not blocked due to firewalls or spam filters on your computer.
All prices in the website are listed in US Dollars. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it. Note: Due to fluctuating manufacturer costs, prices may change without notice.
You can check the inventory information for products sold by us in the product details page on the website. As we process your order, you will be informed by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
Wristbandsale reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to not produce phrases on products that we determine to be illegal, offensive, vulgar, violent, misleading, abusive, indecent, harassing, pornographic, ethnically objectionable, breach of copyright, injurious to third parties or is harmful to minors in any way; or impersonates another person; or objectionable or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever.
Proof Policy (Personalize items) Wristbandsale supplies an e-mail proof, which must be approved in writing before your order is sent to production. Please provide us your approval on the e-mail proofs ASAP to ensure that your order ships in a timely manner. Any delay in providing the approval may cause delay in order delivery. If an order has a specific “in hands” date, a proof may delay production, thus jeopardizing your chances of receiving the order in a timely manner. We will not be held responsible for any resulting delays on these orders.
Please make sure to enter your best contact e-mails when placing your order. Your Proof may be delayed if you do not enter a valid contact e-mail address or phone number.
Please note that Proofs are an approximation of what the actual item and artwork will look like after the production process.
Proof Changes: All changes must be in writing; faxes or emails are acceptable. Customer is responsible for confirmation of changes made to an order. Please make sure you follow up to ensure the changes were received.
If your order is over $300 you will receive a FREE e-mail proof before we produced your order. Upon receiving a proof request we will work with any changes until the proof has been approved. Once the proof has been approved new delivery dates will be issued. If during the proofing process a request for cancellation is submitted, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted. When no proof is requested, please ensure that the artwork/logo that you are submitting is completely error free.
In the event an order is printed with an incorrectly submitted artwork/logo, Wristbandsale will not be held responsible. You may request a redo; however it will be at your expense.
When placing an online order, if you press 'SUBMIT' more than once your order might be duplicated. Once you inform us of any such duplicate charges, we will promptly credit the amount back to you if the order has not sent to production. By placing an order online the customer is giving us the permission to charge the credit card they provide. By agreeing to this policy the customer cannot charge back the amount of the order to avoid payment.
Any order that is sent to Production cannot be changed. Changes to the online orders will be made within 30 minutes of the order being placed. Changes to the order include change in spelling or message.
NO CHANGES whatsoever will be accepted on Rush Orders.
Orders once placed cannot be canceled. Under exceptional circumstances, if a cancellation request is approved before the order is produced; the order is subject to a $40 mold fee. If a cancellation is requested after an order is already in production, we may only refund the cost of shipping and you will not receive the product.
You have a choice of turnaround timelines. Your choice should reflect your in hands date, and we will do our utmost to stay within the given time frame. All production timelines reflect business days. Production time does not include any shipping time. Therefore shipping time must also be added to production time in order to get an accurate delivery time frame. Please note that we are not responsible for late receipt of any order due to any unforeseeable circumstances, for example a delay in approving the proof, an out-of-stock product, weather-related issues or delays on behalf of the shipping company.
Normal Production Time: The estimated normal production time is 6-10 business days after placing your order. If you have a specific in-hands date, please be sure that there is adequate time before placing an order with a normal production time frame.
Rush Production Time: We offer rush service for select products, check website for availability. If you pay for a rush order by selecting the rush days while placing your order, we guarantee the order arrives by your selected date. If an order arrives late due to a delay on our end we will refund you the rush fees in full. Failure to provide high quality, camera ready artwork may cause your order to be delayed beyond the initial guaranteed date. If you require a proof your guaranteed date may be delayed dependent upon proof approval. Our guarantee does not extend to unforeseen delays in shipping.
All shipping days given in the website are business days. You will receive an automated email with a “tracking number” as soon as the order is shipped out.
Production time + Shipping time = Delivery time
Delivery time is based on the time it takes to produce your item PLUS the shipping time.
All shipments leaving our factory are thoroughly inspected. Most orders are shipped via FedEx. Please note that sometimes our products are shipped to our customers via UPS, DHL, or even private carrier also based on the delivery address. We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
Once the order has left the factory Wristbandsale will not accept responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping company. If shipping is delayed on a rush order; only the shipping charges will be credited back.
Wristbandsale will not be held responsible either in the event the “customer is not available” for delivery or the customer refuses delivery.
Wristbandsale is a web-based business and does not offer order pick-ups to any of our clients, Wristbandsale products are to be delivered only.
Important notice for our Customers of Hawaii / Alaska / Canada / Puerto Rico: For orders shipping outside the U.S. - INCLUDING HAWAII / ALASKA / CANADA / PUERTO RICO – local duties and/or taxes may be assessed upon delivery. These fees are not charged by Wristbandsale during checkout; therefore please consult your local customs office to determine these charges. Wristbandsale is not responsible for these duties and/or taxes.
Note: The delivery dates outside of the U.S. are essentially "estimates", and in no event will Wristbandsale be liable for any damages arising from delays in delivery. All international order will communicate via email unless the customer calls our call center. The reason for this is our call center cannot make out going international calls.
All products will be shipped out with stickers or tags with our company logo/website, and information on them. If you wish to have your order shipped without these stickers or tags, please inform us at the time of placing your order. Wristbandsale is not responsible for the placing of stickers on products shipped out without prior request from customer to remove them.
Although great precautions are taken during the packaging of each order, breakage does sometimes occur during the shipping process. By default, no insurance is added to the shipping charge. At Customer's preference, shipping insurance can be added to your order for value of the order being placed. Wristbandsale will promptly replace the portion of the order damaged/lost. If you receive an order that contains less than 10% breakage and/or damage, we will promptly credit you for that portion. *Please note that we will require adequate proof from the shipping provider (UPS / FedEx/DHL) for any damage or breakage reported.
Note that the products we carry are intended purely as promotional items; therefore products that may have minor visual imperfections should not be considered as defective or flawed items. In the event a product defect is identified, we will replace the order in its entirety only upon confirmation of the defect. Likewise, if an imprint defect is identified, we will replace that portion of the order only upon confirmation of the defect.
Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations and imperfections in firing temperatures may also result in variations of size, shape, glaze, color, pock marks, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards.
From time to time, some products may differ in color, size, weight, or height, as these are hand-made products.
Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations in silicone bands wares are not considered flaws. Variations in raw materials, molds, production equipment and melting temperatures may also result in variations of size, shape, engraving, font, color, pock marks, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards.
We cannot guarantee the accuracy of a color down to an exact Pantone® color. Only orders that request a custom color will get the shade or Pantone® they order. However, if you place an order for a red wristband and you receive a pink wristband we will replace your product with the correct color.
We make every attempt to deliver the exact quantity ordered. However, due to manufacturing issues, all orders may be subject to a 5%-10% over-run or under-run.
Glitches may happen from time to time and sometimes we cannot honor pricing discrepancies such as unusually low, zero or penny pricing.
Customer satisfaction is our first priority.
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately via email or phone call if there is an issue with your order. Provide us the details of the issue, along with digital images. All claims must be submitted within 3 calendar days upon receipt of goods. Claims must be submitted in writing.
If an order is not well received due to mistake from our end, our policy is to redo the order and ship it as soon as we can. When a redo is no longer practical or even feasible, (either due to event date timelines, out-of-stock or quantity issues) full or partial refund will be processed within 15 days of receipt of returned goods.
We are not responsible for any mistakes from your side. All the refunds are subject to the purchase price of the product sold.
Return policy applies to blank orders only. Printed items are not eligible for returns. Wristbandsale reserves the right to refuse returns.
If you receive any wrong product or if an order is not well received due to mistake from our end, our policy is to redo the order and ship it as soon as we can.
When the mistake is confirmed from our end, we will make every attempt to promptly redo the order. We will process the redo order exactly as you had originally requested. We will not make any changes to the product color, the logo or artwork or the imprint color when processing the redo unless pre-approved by us.
Please e-mail us the digital image(s) of the defective products. Please send us group images if the problem exists on more than one item. This is very important, as we will need a visual of ALL affected items in order to respond accurately. If unable to provide a photograph, you may ship us an in-hands sample of the product instead. (The address is under Contact Us in the website)
Upon receipt of the "visual", we promptly remedy the situation and redo the affected portion of the order if mandated.
If the quantity to be replaced is LESS than 10% of the entire order, we reserve the right to process a credit for that amount rather than redoing that portion.
All redo’s will ship via expedited shipping.
Note that we will only redo the affected items over 10%. If the redo is less than 10%, we will simply issue a credit for the affected pieces.
Wristbandsale reserves the right to alter or refuse coupon codes or special offers at any time, without notice to customer.
Wristbandsale may offer special pricing and/or free shipping from time to time, however these discounts will not be honored on orders that have already been placed.
We do not take any responsibility to obtain permission for reproduction of logos, patents, trademarks and copyrights. By agreeing to print or engrave any submitted artwork, we will not be held liable for any copyright issues under any circumstances. Schools and University logos can only be printed if you submit a license logo release form from the university to avoid any future royalty fees. Fraternity/Sorority logos or names require the order to go through an approval process, and may require additional royalty fees.
